My name is Jonathan Fethiere. I am an Account Executive at Choozle, a SAAS adtech platform serving omnichannel media buying solutions to brands and agencies across diverse industries.
I have been working in the tech industry since 2018. Overall, I am an experienced marketing professional with customer success, account management, on-boarding, sales, and programmatic ad campaign management background relating to digital marketing and digital advertising within SAAS web applications as well as external channels (Google Ads, Facebook, and more).
I have a breadth of knowledge in the digital marketing and sales space. I started at Sharpspring as a Business Development Representative, generating leads for live demonstrations to convince agencies to purchase the full-suite marketing automation platform. After leading the sales team for 6 months, I wanted to learn the platform more in-depth and took on a role as an Onboarding Specialist, guiding new customers through their first 60 days on the platform and setting them up for future success. This was done through creating effective forms, setting up a tailored CRM environment for their business model, building effective sales pipelines, landing pages, and automated, personalized email campaigns. My role then evolved to Account Manager and later Customer Success Manager, managing a portfolio of 50 accounts throughout these
After realizing that I didn't have nearly as much advertising experience as digital marketing experience, I decided I wanted to explore that side of things to become more well-rounded and versatile. This was when I took the job at Feathr as a Digital Campaign Manager.
As a campaign manager, i conducted kickoff calls to understand the scope of the customers' initiatives, explained the platform and process, and tailored campaign plans designed to achieve the customers' desired results whether that was awareness, attendee acquisition, membership acquisition, loan applications, online course registrations, etc.
I liaised between C-Suite decision-makers to gather the necessary assets to fully launch all campaigns. Additionally, I performed copywriting for customers and oversaw the ad mock-up process from start to finish with our designers and respective customers.
After completing ad designs, I published campaigns on behalf of the customer and provided bi-weekly reporting, finishing off with sharing a comprehensive final report with them at the end of each campaign cycle, in hopes of driving contract renewals to continually increase Annual Recurring Revenue.
In 2020, I made an investment in a beachfront short-term rental home in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Since then, I have created a direct booking site for it as well as listed it on various booking platforms. I handle the marketing, maintenance, and day-to-day operations for the home. It has been a rewarding experience providing exceptional stays to people from all over through a viable business that allows me to continue to strengthen my marketing skills outside of work.
